The CNC administers a state-aid cash rebates of up to 45 percent on eligible Romanian spend, a base rate plus an uplift for shoots promoting Romania or European cultural heritage. Locations span Transylvanian castles, the Carpathians, Bucharest's Belle Epoque and communist-era build style, the royal Peles Castle and the UNESCO Danube Delta. As an EU member inside the Schengen Area, Romania lets gear move freely from the rest of the EU with no ATA carnet, though the currency stays the Romanian leu. English is widely spoken across the industry, and mains power is 230V/50Hz.
