Non-EU gear still needs a carnet, and we manage that records. We also plan for Romania's logistical realities: power on location is 230V at 50Hz, remote Carpathian and Danube Delta units need power packs and transport planning, and winter shoots need cold-weather provisioning for both gear and crew.
