Here is how this works in practice. We connect shoots with directors based in Romania for narrative features, episodic television, branded films and commercials, and we support visiting directors with the local knowledge and crew their projects need. Our directors range from UNATC-trained narrative pros to commercial and second-unit directors fluent in fast, high-output shoots, and many have credited experience on global shoots serviced from Bucharest. We supply directors who work with closely with creative producers and directors of photography.

That custom trains directors at UNATC in Bucharest and showcases them at the Transilvania International Film Festival in Cluj-Napoca.
